One fine Spring day, SunFlower and VanillaBean were having lunch when the discussion turned to the many topics on which each had something to say - something worthwhile and important to say! One suggested starting a blog - in jest; but the other thought, hmmm, that might not be a bad idea!
But what on this earth could they possibly write about with any authority or coherency or consistancy?
They discussed approaches and batted ideas about a theme, a hook, a linking thread. Eventually, the idea of simply offering one's two cents began to emerge until - ah ha! - the idea for Six Cents coalesced.
They immediately texted (all originators of TSCB are very into texting) CocoaNut: would she supply the missing two cents?
She would! And thus The Six Cents Blog was born.
Oh, and SunFlower, VanillaBean, and CocoaNut are all related. Can you guess how?
